Job Summary
Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses while overseeing participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments. Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff within the Joyful Living Adult Day Health Care program. The role requires an active Massachusetts RN with two years of nursing management experience and two years working with adults in healthcare settings. Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin is highly preferred. Consistent day shift Monday through Friday is offered with a competitive salary between $85,000 and $90,000 plus a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Two years of nursing management or supervisory experience
- Two years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin
