Job Summary
Provide full-spectrum obstetrical and gynecologic care within the UCI faculty practice, including GYN inpatient services and ambulatory gynecology. Supervise resident continuity clinics at Federally Qualified Health Centers and oversee trainees at all levels. Maintain a private patient practice while participating in scholarly activities and educating medical students, residents, and fellows. This Assistant Professor or higher role supports the Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology's mission to discover, teach, heal, and serve within Orange County's diverse community.
Required Qualifications
- MD or equivalent
- California medical license
- Drug Enforcement Agency certificate
- Eligibility for or certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Excellent clinical skills
- Medical knowledge
- Interest in teaching
- Scholarly accomplishments
- Strong interest in serving the diverse populations in our community
- Disclosure of any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining misconduct
