Health & Safety Support - 2nd shift

Assist with communication, implementation, monitoring and auditing of health and safety programs within NABRICO Marine. Provide first aid to employees and conduct daily plant walkthroughs to ensure proper PPE use and safety practices. Serve as the plant Safety Representative, prepare and maintain records of occupational injuries/illnesses, audit shop areas for hazards, and coordinate corrective actions with the Safety Manager to ensure OSHA/EPA/compliance. Administer first aid as needed, support investigations into unsafe conditions, prepare reports, and respond to workplace safety or security emergencies. Required tools include knowledge of safety rules, record-keeping, and ability to follow directions; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.
