Health & Safety Supervisor - Civil Engineering & Building - Limerick

Job Summary
Conduct daily site safety inspections, recording findings and escalating items that cannot be closed out immediately. Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and briefings while monitoring RAMS compliance and challenging unsafe practices as they occur. Check permits, plant certification, and operator competence; support incident investigations and maintain accurate records. Prepare for client and HSA inspections. This boots-on-the-ground role requires 2+ years of H&S experience on Irish construction or civils sites, an H&S qualification, and the confidence to challenge senior trades. Based in Limerick, the position is permanent with an excellent salary commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' H&S experience on Irish construction or civils sites
- H&S qualification — Certificate, Diploma or NEBOSH General Certificate
- Sound knowledge of the Construction Regulations
- Confidence to challenge senior trades and subcontractors
- Safe Pass and full clean driving licence
- You must be based in Ireland with valid working rights in Ireland to be considered
