Health & Safety Senior Manager, Americas

Senior Leader for Health & Safety responsible for strategic and hands-on HSE leadership across North America’s EPCM projects. Defines scalable HSE programs and execution plans, serves as primary HSE advisor to Project Directors and EPCM leadership, drives adoption of Ramboll’s Caring Together HSS program across phases, coordinates multi-contractor safety performance, and leads risk-based controls and incident investigations. Requires on-site experience leading very large-scale EPCM projects, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 10+ years of progressive HSE leadership. Preferred certifications include CSP, CMIOSH, NEBOSH, CRSP, or equivalent. Remote option is available; eligible applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
