Job Summary
Health & Safety Manager for MRO in a multinational aeronautical environment. Lead H&S strategy, ensure regulatory compliance across countries/sites, implement ISO 45001 standards, conduct risk assessments, oversee incident investigations with root-cause analysis, develop safety leadership and training programs, manage KPI reporting, coordinate process standardisation across plants, and develop emergency response plans. Requires advanced technical education in risk prevention, 10+ years in similar roles, strong leadership for multicultural teams, and willingness to travel internationally across countries. Located at ITP Aero Ajalvir, Spain; role involves on-site management with international coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention with specialisations in Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics and Psychosociology
- Minimum of 10 years in similar roles
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, prevention management, and Occupational Health & Safety management systems
- Languages: English (C1)
- Willingness to travel internationally
