Health & Safety Manager - Industrial Construction Projects

Job Summary
Health & Safety Manager responsible for providing HSE guidance to project teams on Mexican regulations, developing and approving HSE plans, conducting risk assessments and incident investigations, leading HSE teams, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards. Will implement and monitor corporate HSE policies, manage reporting regimes for health and safety statistics, train personnel, and ensure safety across industrial construction projects with a focus on ISO 45001 and regulatory compliance. Fluency in Spanish and English required; experience in mixed-use, industrial, or greenfield construction safety; strong communication, leadership, and change-management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor ́s Degree in Engineering, Architectural or related to H&SE
- OSHA certification
- BOLT registered, trained and familiar is a MUST prior to screening
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
- Fluent in Spanish and in English
- Minimum of 8 years professional experience in construction projects
- Qualifed Health and Safety Professional
- specialized courses in occupational health and safety, according to Mexican regulations
