Health & Safety Manager - Data Center Construction

Job Summary
Oversee large-scale construction projects by managing contracts, budgets, and detailed project plans including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, while proactively managing risks and addressing quality, safety, health, and environmental issues. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors and vendors, and lead meetings with key stakeholders to track progress and issue documentation. Maintain project schedules, manage RFI and submittal processes, and support the design review for constructability. Create and coordinate reporting for the construction team and assist in establishing success criteria for time, cost, and technical performance. Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field with 5-7 years of experience required; CCM certification preferred. On-site presence may vary based on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction
- Minimum 5- 7 years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- CCM certification preferred
- OSHA 30 certification
- OSHA 500/510
- BCSP Qualified Credentials (OHST, ASP, CSP, or CHST)
- CPR
- Proven experience in implementing and monitoring project HSE plans or contractor site safety plans
- Excellent time management skills to ensure projects are managed to the right quality standards, completed efficiently, and on time
- Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships with clients and cross-functional team members
- Excellent communication skills
