Health & Safety Manager

Job Summary
Lead health and safety management across two packing sites and farm operations; develop and maintain health and safety systems, procedures, risk assessments, and safe systems of work; conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to identify improvements and ensure follow-up actions; provide practical guidance to operational teams on risks related to machinery, manual handling, vehicle movements, contractors, farm activity, and general site operations; investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions to support a safe, compliant, and positive working environment.
Required Qualifications
- A recognised health and safety qualification such as a NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma
- Experience in a Health & Safety leadership role
- Experience supporting both site-based and farm-based activities
- Hands-on experience applying risk assessments, incident investigations, audit programmes, and safe systems of work
- IOSH membership is desirable
