Job Summary
Lead HSE initiatives across Noble operations including drilling, casing, trucking, and well services; develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, programs, and training materials; conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and OSHA/DOT/environmental compliance oversight; monitor HSE metrics, coordinate onboarding and ongoing safety training, and mentor field Supervisors; travel ~25% to support field operations and audits; strong leadership, hazard recognition, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance skills; proficient in MS Office and ERP/Salesforce preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
