Job Summary
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Aro Homes’ health, safety, environmental, and compliance programs across manufacturing and field operations. Serve as subject matter expert on OSHA/Cal/OSHA, EPA, and related environmental requirements; conduct incident investigations, audits, and risk assessments; develop training, documentation, and corrective-action processes; and partner with leadership to drive safety performance, compliance, and a culture of prevention across plant and field sites. Requires strong communication and leadership skills, experience in manufacturing and construction environments, OSHA 30 (and CHST/CSP/ASP preferred), and willingness to travel between plant and field locations.
