Health, Safety & Environment Manager

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager leading site-wide HSE strategy and culture at a manufacturing site in Milton Keynes. Responsible for embedding best-in-class HSE standards, maintaining ISO 14001/45001, leading risk assessments and incident investigations, ensuring regulatory compliance (environmental permits, emissions, waste, energy), coaching shopfloor teams, and collaborating with engineering on safe project delivery. Requires NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and Environmental Management qualification (Level 3 or similar); manufacturing experience; strong leadership, auditing, and data-driven decision making. The role is site-based at Milton Keynes with a focus on protecting people, operations, and the environment while driving continuous improvement and sustainability aligned to corporate standards.
