Job Summary
Health & Safety Coordinator responsible for a safe, compliant, and sustainable work environment across office, hybrid, and remote locations. Key duties include ensuring regulatory compliance, managing workplace risks, incident investigations and corrective actions, coordinating audits and emergency plans, delivering H&S training, promoting wellbeing initiatives, and ensuring supplier/contractor H&S compliance. Ideal candidates will bring strong H&S knowledge, risk-management and stakeholder-management skills, fluency in Spanish and English, and a recognized H&S qualification (degree a plus); international exposure and ISO 14001 familiarity are advantageous. Based in Mallorca with global reach, the role supports ESG initiatives and the company’s net-zero and sustainability commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant H&S qualification required; degree is a plus
- 3–5 years in Health & Safety or similar role
- Knowledge of Spanish H&S regulations; international exposure is a plus

- ISO 14001 knowledge
- Environmental management experience
