Job Summary
Environmental Health & Safety Advisor role focusing on OSHA/safety and environmental compliance for industrial facilities across North America. Responsibilities include facility inspections and site assessments, development of site-specific safety programs, employee safety and environmental training, and leading safety committee meetings. Travel is involved with both local and out-of-region assignments (overnight stays ~6-8 per month). The position emphasizes program development, safety training, and regulatory compliance support with a strong emphasis on collaboration and client integration within a Compliance as a Service (CaaS) framework. A bachelor’s degree and prior occupational safety experience in manufacturing are preferred; bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in occupational safety in a manufacturing environment
- experience in development and implementation of safety programs
- working knowledge of 29 CFR 1910 and OSHA/safety regulations
- bilingual Spanish skills highly valued (not required)
