Job Summary
Coach and mentor leaders and frontline teams to make safety second nature across transport, warehousing, and maintenance operations. Identify and assess hazards in all areas of operations, ensuring compliance and implementing practical solutions after investigating incidents. Deliver programs supporting mental health, physical fitness, and overall workplace wellness tailored to logistics demands. Run engaging training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns to drive continuous improvement. Manage audits, inspections, and reporting to maintain accountability and stronger safety results. Partner on projects that shape the future of safety across the business.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a similar role
- basic understanding of HSEW responsibilities, policies, and procedures
- Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety
Desired Qualifications
- tertiary qualifications
- Familiarity with the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry or similar environments
