Health, Safety and Environmental Technician

Job Summary
Conduct HSE inspections and audits while identifying hazards to support risk assessments and incident investigations. Apply corporate policies and regulatory requirements to implement safety plans, promote a strong HSE culture, and communicate expectations to employees. Assist in reporting injuries and illnesses, ensuring accurate documentation and timely escalation. Gather and maintain HSE data for trend analysis and performance monitoring, supporting environmental management activities and basic administrative tasks. Work 37.5 hours per week in a PM shift rotation (one week in four) across Daventry.
