Health Safety and Environmental Specialist

Health, Safety and Environmental Specialist to support the HSE team: provide specialist analysis, advice, and support to all parts of Marshall Land Systems; maintain legal compliance for health, safety, and environmental legislation; implement and enforce safe working practices; action and ensure timely investigation of accidents and incidents with recommendations for preventative and corrective actions; drive improvements and initiatives to promote a positive Health & Safety culture; carry out auditor duties; advise on ISO14001, and developing framework of ISO 45001 and HSG65; contribute to safety meetings and safety communications (e.g., SLAM and toolbox talks); conduct trend analysis for safety coaching and observations; support root cause analysis and preventive measures; assist with event management and reporting; deliver health and safety training and awareness sessions; deputise for the HSE Manager as required; support day-to-day HSE needs as directed. The role requires NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications, manufacturing experience, strong communication/problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft tools.
