Job Summary
Conduct job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response while assisting operations with compliance and communication of existing HSE programs through meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations. Travel up to 100% across the United States and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and 30 days on/10 days off rotations. Minimum of 2 years in a safety role with 5 years in oil or gas required; building substation experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety role
- 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving
- an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work a flexible and varied work schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time across the United States
- Ability to work 30 days on and 10 days off rotations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in building substations preferred
- Board of Certified Safety Professionals and/or Certified Utility Safety Professional credentialing (desired)
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred
