Health, Safety and Environmental Business Partner

Health, Safety and Environmental Business Partner responsible for delivering advisory services to a portfolio of clients in Safety, Health & Environmental consultancy within the Business Banking segment. You’ll build lasting relationships, provide commercial health and safety guidance, drive new business through referrals and networking, lead prospect meetings, collaborate with Consultancy Delivery to ensure services meet client expectations, manage retention and renewal pricing for your portfolio, and support colleagues with complex health and safety issues. You’ll identify customer needs, quantify risks, deliver bespoke service offerings, and communicate technical health, safety and environmental guidance clearly across face-to-face, video, phone and email channels. The role emphasizes proactive account management, relationship building, and development of new business income, with a remote-first working pattern and travel across the South West.
