Job Summary
Develop and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and management systems across complex construction projects in data centre, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Ensure compliance with local legislation, company standards, and client-specific HSE requirements through regular site inspections, audits, and safety assessments. Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training to promote a strong safety culture. Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives while supporting project teams and subcontractors in maintaining safe working practices. Prepare HSE reports, safety statistics, and performance metrics, and establish emergency response and evacuation procedures. Fluently communicate in Spanish and English to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager within the construction, infrastructure, energy, or data centre sectors
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and environmental regulations
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and promote a strong safety culture across multiple projects
- Fluent Spanish and professional-level English
