Job Summary
Lead HSE risk assessments and ensure effective implementation of HSE processes while monitoring and reporting performance, incidents, and sustainability KPIs. Ensure compliance with ABB standards and local regulations, drive continuous improvement, and manage objectives for executing HSE projects. Maintain training, equipment, and management system requirements. This onsite internship in the Motion Service Business in Jüri supports ABB's operations and enhances personal education through a 3-6 month paid placement.
Required Qualifications
- Currently studying Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) or similar
- Strong motivation to make a positive impact on workplace health, safety, and environmental performance, with personal learning goals aligned to continuous HSE improvement
- Interest in or initial exposure to environmental sustainability initiatives
- Keen eye for detail
- Structured, systematic approach to tasks and problem-solving
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication in Estonian and English
- Russian language is beneficial
