Job Summary
Health & Safety Advisor to oversee HSE management systems across Sizewell C site(s); implement and monitor strategies to promote development of safety management; advise contract and site staff on risk assessments, method statements, Site H&S Plans, and safety issues; chair Project-level monthly HSEQ Forward Planning meetings, conduct audits and inspections, ensure closure of non-conformances; liaise with Client H&S teams and management, staff, and supply chain; travel between sites with a full UK driving licence; requires NEBOSH qualification (general & construction) and IOSH membership; ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and client H&S standards; develop and deliver in-house safety training and safety communications; proactive, collaborative approach with project delivery teams to drive safety improvements.
