Health & Safety Advisor - North Island

Monitor and manage the workplace H&S program (Vault), seeking improvements and eliminating hazards. Complete regular on-site audits across operations to ensure action items are closed out within specified timeframes. Educate managers and staff on safety matters to promote best practice and statutory compliance. Lead incident investigations, follow-up, and return-to-work programs while assisting operational managers with risk assessments. Build relationships with operational staff to implement programs that encourage positive safety behaviors and support Home Safe initiatives. Organize systems utilizing developed technologies to ensure all H&S aspects are considered in company decisions.
