Job Summary
Monitor, develop, and implement SHE systems to ensure highest standards, performance, and compliance. Provide support and advice to the Region while representing Regional Management in discussions with employees and external organizations on safety, health, and environmental matters. Carry out site visits and audits to verify adherence to specified procedures and standards. Support the development of Health and Safety management capability within the Region by improving the skills and knowledge of Miller personnel. This role requires NEBOSH certification and experience in audits, accident investigation, and liaison with statutory bodies within the housebuilding or construction sector.
