Job Summary
Conduct site visits, audits, and inspections across more than 20 locations to identify risks and ensure compliance with UK legislation. Provide clear, practical advice to managers and technicians on embedding safety into everyday operations, supporting risk assessments, safe systems of work, and incident investigations. Drive continuous improvement by contributing to ISO standards, training, briefings, and a culture of proactive reporting. Work remotely or hybrid, with site visits primarily focused on the M4 corridor. Required Qualifications
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- experience in a multi-site or operational environment
- hands-on, pragmatic approach to health and safety
