Job Summary
Conduct health room nursing duties for a total of 193 workdays during the 2026/2027 school year, including in-service days. Maintain a valid license as a Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse, hold current CPR and First Aid certificates, and provide clearances including PA Criminal Background, FBI, and Child Abuse checks. Sit and talk or hear while performing essential functions, occasionally standing, walking, or reaching with hands and arms. Work district-wide at a rate of $36.53/hour per the ESPA contract. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid license as a Practical Nurse
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse
- Valid CPR Certificate
- First Aide Certificate
- Valid driver's license from state of residency
- PA Criminal Background Clearance (Act 34)
- FBI Clearance (Act 114)
- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
- Ability to hear (maximum of 40 decibels loss)
- See with near acuity of 20 inches or less
- See with far acuity of 20 feet or more
- Ability to sit for extended periods
