Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive client assessments, identify potential health needs, and advocate for vulnerable populations across community, family, and maternal child health programs. Exercise initiative to deliver outreach, education, and preventive care services within the City of Watertown's level two public health department. Maintain a current Wisconsin nursing license while collaborating to support resident wellness. Full-time Monday through Friday hours with occasional evening and weekend coverage. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current nursing license with the State of Wisconsin
- Maintain nursing license for the duration of employment
- Bilingual status (encouraged)
- Full-time employment
- Hours Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30 pm
- Occasional evening and weekends as needed
- Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol Testing
