Job Summary
Health Insurance Product Coordinator to lead annual product lifecycle work, manage vendor relationships, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive data-driven enhancements to member experiences in Wisconsin. responsibilities include leading annual product changes, coordinating vendor contracts and renewals, facilitating product-related meetings, acting as a liaison between strategy and product teams and other departments, overseeing vendor implementation and SLA compliance, and reporting vendor performance data.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a related field or 4 years of related experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing effective internal and external relationships
- 2 years of vendor management experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of health insurance plan designs (preferred)
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to organize and prioritize work
- Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills across a variety of settings
- Demonstrated ability to understand member needs and provide solutions by leveraging company resources
- Skilled in conflict resolution with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
