Job Summary
Connect with insurance agents, bank branches, and open-market customers to sell health and life insurance products across agency, banca, and direct channels. Conduct 80% outdoor field visits to meet assigned agents and customers, supplemented by 20% indoor branch visits. Generate leads from referrals and open markets while maintaining a CIBIL score of 650+ and a valid driving license. Requires immediate joining with a maximum 30-day notice period. Candidates must possess a graduate degree, 6–12 months of field sales experience, and a proven performance track record with incentives.
