Job Summary
Find and connect with insurance agents, bank branches, or generate leads from open markets to sell health and life insurance products across agency, banca, and direct channels. Conduct 80% outdoor field visits to meet assigned customers and agents, supplemented by 20% indoor branch visits. Maintain own conveyance with a valid driving license and demonstrate at least one year of stability in the current role. Earn incentives based on performance targets while building relationships through excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Maximum 35 years for Male candidates and 38 years for Female candidates
- Minimum 1 year of experience in current employment, or at least 6 months
- 2–5 years of sales experience in BFSI/Pharma/FMCG industry
- Agency channel experience is mandatory for SAM
- Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days
- Employment Gap: Immediate joiners with an employment gap of up to 3 months
- Candidate must have earned incentives over the last 6 months
- Must have own conveyance with valid driving license
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Localite with stable track record (Should be associated for at least 1 year with current company)
