Health Insurance Claims Consultant role in Hamilton, NZ. As part of a high-performing, values-driven team, you’ll support members via phone and digital channels to understand treatment eligibility under health insurance plans, gather information, research policies, and deliver clear, confident decisions. You’ll record outcomes, stay up-to-date with policy changes, and collaborate within a supportive team. Includes five-week training, ongoing mentoring, and a structured development pathway. Hours are 8:00am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday; role is Hamilton-based with no remote options. You’ll bring customer-focused, empathetic communication, reliability, confidentiality, and a growth mindset.
