Job Summary
This role involves serving as the lead expert in health insurance at insureCAL, managing a growing book of individual, family, and group health plans, and advising clients on health plans and employee benefits. You will have the opportunity to shape the health insurance department and build relationships with clients in the community.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Health Insurance License
- Experience in individual or group health insurance sales (1+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to take ownership of a department and grow it from the ground up
- Passion for serving rural communities, ag clients, and small businesses
