Job Summary
Health Information Technology Coordinator responsible for technical support and training for Student Health Center personnel and healthcare partners. Manages Electronic Medical Records (EMR) including auditing health documentation and data accuracy within Banner and PyraMED, oversees SHC portals and payment systems, trains staff on EMR usage and health IT tools, assists with IT project development to improve patient and staff experiences, develops training materials and policies for health IT applications, and ensures compliance with university, state, and federal regulations. Requires on-site work at the Hawk Hill campus; minimum Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years IT experience with proficiency in EMR systems (PyraMED, Banner) and related technologies (SQL, CSS, HTML).
