Health Information Operation Supervisor

Lead the Audit Team by receiving requests from Payors, managing incoming data from the Risk Management Team, and providing client and leadership solutions. Oversee escalation calls from centralized call centers, coordinate with location and client management on complex issues, and plan for fluctuating needs across client locations. Communicate and collaborate with leadership on issues, opportunities, or challenges while bringing new ideas and process improvement suggestions to internal stakeholders. Train and motivate a growing team, participate in project teams to advance operational strategies, and maintain strict HIPAA compliance while presenting to stakeholders via video or in person.
