Health Information Management Tech II Document Management

Retrieves and reconciles hospital base, outpatient, and Emergency Department records, and analyzes health records for selected deficiencies. Ensures complete and accurate medical records are available for patient care and hospital operations by following established department procedures. Provides support to clinical areas by fulfilling basic Release of Information services, answering phones, and assisting the public, physicians, and other departments. Assists in preparing department and organizational materials using Microsoft Office products.
