Job Summary
Responsible for accurate, compliant management of patient health records in Epic EHR, including processing requests, subpoenas, and authorizations; scan, label, and route records; import e-faxes and portal documents; collaborate with providers and care teams to maintain complete files; uphold confidentiality and data integrity across all records and systems; support quality improvement efforts and contribute to Premier’s community initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (Epic experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy standards
- A team-first mindset and a commitment to patient-centered care
