Job Summary
Health Home Nurse (RN) for part-time role in Pawtucket, RI. Administer methadone as prescribed, ensure medication accountability, perform health assessments, coordinate with pharmacies/labs/community providers, and support recovery efforts. Responsibilities include collaborating with Medical Director/Clinic Physician, maintaining dosing records, conducting outreach and patient-family education, participating in trainings, managing medication packages, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires RN license in RI, CPR and First Aid, valid driver’s license; experience in chemical addiction/substance abuse treatment preferred. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
