Health Fitness Professional

HealthFitness is seeking a Health Fitness Professional at our Newtown Square, PA location who will coordinate, implement, and deliver health and fitness programs and services, promotions and outreach. You will supervise the facility, provide individual and group exercise instruction, educate participants on proper techniques for safety and effectiveness, conduct fitness testing and assessments, design individualized programs, research health topics, lead program promotions, participate in recruitment and orientation of interns, and deliver engaging health education seminars. The role emphasizes building meaningful connections with members to support behavior change, with a Monday–Friday, 40-hour workweek, no weekends, and a compensation range of $15–$20 per hour plus potential commission for certified professionals. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, OSHA First Aid/CPR/AED certification, and a current Industry recognized Group Exercise Instructor certification (with 60-day completion window if not current).
