Job Summary
Health - family medicine primary care or internal medicine physicians needed to join an employed multi-specialty group in southeastern New Jersey. Enhanced compensation incentives available, with large sign-on bonuses, full benefits package (health, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement), and a medical school loan repayment program. Practice supports a patient-centered medical home model with same- or next-day urgent appointments, electronic medical records, and collaboration with an AtlantiCare care manager for complex patients, backed by AtlantiCare hospitalists at two medical centers. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical, communication and consultation skills with a patient-first focus and aspire to drive improvement in healthcare well into the future.
