Job Summary
Support the Health Data Strategy Team by maintaining clinical trial management tracking systems and databases to ensure high data accuracy. Request, collect, and organize essential clinical research documents from study start-up to closure while facilitating publication review processes. Manage project timelines, budgets, and operational queries using Google Sites and shared drives. Prioritize tasks and coordinate workflows within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. This 12-month full-time internship begins January 2027 in Mississauga, ON, with a hybrid schedule requiring minimum three days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Biotechnology, Biotechnology Commercialization and Discovery, or a closely related field
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, coordinate workflows, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using digital tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and web-based systems
- Foundational understanding of clinical research principles
- Eagerness to learn clinical operations
- Clear communication in fluent English
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Minimum 3 days in office (Hybrid model)
- 12-month full-time internship starting January 2027
