Job Summary
Health Coordinator Assistant provides basic care to elementary students in the health office under the Lead Health Coordinator. Responsibilities include caring for sick/injured students, administering medications with proper documentation, facilitating annual health screenings, and communicating with parents as necessary. Requires CPR and first aid certification and comfort with learning programs and basic computing applications; strong communication with all organizational levels and knowledge of student data systems (FACTS) is a plus. Demonstrates a heart for children, Christian education, and ministry within ECS, maintaining confidentiality and upholding Biblical values while supporting leadership development and teamwork.
