Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of Health & Community Navigators by setting priorities, coaching performance through 1:1s and field observations, and translating lessons learned into repeatable best practices. Monitor operational metrics, utilization trends, and site-level results to identify risks, interpret data for practical next steps, and streamline workflows using reporting tools and dashboards. Resolve daily operational issues, staffing changes, and urgent business needs while managing program-related travel, supplies, and expenses within approved budget ranges. Partner with Distribution Center leadership, HR, internal partners, and community organizations to coordinate awareness campaigns, surface barriers, and recommend adjustments that strengthen service delivery and associate engagement. Work directly with assigned sites to model high-quality engagement, troubleshoot barriers, and document outcomes that support consistent program performance.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- 1–3+ years of people's leadership experience
- 1–3+ years of field operations experience
- 1–3+ years of program implementation experience
- 1–3+ years of team coaching experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities
- Demonstrated ability to resolve operational issues
- Demonstrated ability to coach performance
