Job Summary
Connect with members on the wellness floor, guide them through equipment use, and provide basic wellness guidance tailored to their goals. Lead orientations like EGYM, give tours to potential members, and encourage consistency to help people reach their health objectives. Maintain a clean, safe environment by monitoring equipment, reporting issues, and responding to emergencies per safety procedures. Available shifts include mornings, afternoons, and weekends. Complete all required training within 30 days of hire and attend mandatory meetings. This role offers free membership and 50% discounts on programs for you and your household.
Required Qualifications

- Available for shifts including 4:45 AM–9:00 AM, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, and weekends
- Reliable with scheduling and communication
