Job Summary
Provide virtual nutrition coaching to support healthy lifestyle changes and develop individualized care plans with measurable health goals. Guide members in weight management, disease prevention, and medical nutrition therapy while utilizing motivational interviewing to drive behavior change. Document member progress accurately and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support whole-person health. This full-time remote role requires a Registered Dietitian with 5+ years of experience in health coaching and chronic disease management.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
- Current state licensure (where applicable)
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in health coaching, nutrition counseling, and behavior change
- 5+ years supporting weight management, chronic disease management, and medical nutrition therapy
- Strong motivational interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and telehealth/digital health platforms
