Job Summary
Welcome and greet guests, make health club bookings, support membership sales and enquiries, and conduct daily checks including gym inductions for new members and regular re-assessments for retention. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the health club and spa areas. This role requires a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor Level 2 qualification, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure while multi-tasking. Hours run Monday to Sunday for the spa (10:00am–18:00pm) and Monday to Friday for the health club (6:30am–20:30pm), with weekends open from 8:00am–19:00pm. Required Qualifications
- Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor level 2 qualification
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
