Job Summary
Monitor facility use and ensure members and guests register properly upon entering the Spa. Check in guests, answer phones, take messages, and manage reservations for court times, lessons, and activities. Process cash and credit transactions for food, merchandise, and membership fees, then collect daily fees for the executive office. Dispense locker keys and towels, print membership cards, and perform daily cleaning, stocking, and ordering of the Spa facilities. Sell retail items, deli products, and Spa treatments while promoting the resort to potential clients. Report missing keys, safety issues, or equipment problems immediately to supervisors and maintain open communication throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Cash register and cash handling experience
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
- Native American Preference will apply
Desired Qualifications
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications preferred
