Job Summary
Greet guests, verify sign-ins, and maintain clean, safe wellness spaces by cleaning restrooms, fitness areas, and pool decks while monitoring amenity use. Open and close the pool, manage pool covers, and ensure surfaces are skimming and snow-free. Report concerns to managers or security and communicate effectively with team members. Uphold resort policies and policies while rotating shifts between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. This role supports daily operations at Big Sky Resort, contributing to a positive work culture for guests and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Punctual

- Eager to learn and grow within a hospitality environment
- Able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of an 8-hour shift
- Physically capable of lifting 30–40 lbs independently; push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable working independently with a daily checklist

- Be flexible with rotating shifts: 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
