Job Summary
Health Club Attendant at a luxury 4-star Accor property in Doha, responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming health club, gym, pool and surrounding areas, delivering excellent guest service; duties include assisting guests, ensuring equipment safety, supervising pool area, setting up towel and amenity provisioning, reporting maintenance or safety hazards, supporting emergency procedures, and working shifts
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Lifeguard certification where applicable
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Previous experience in a gym, hotel health club, or pool environment preferred
- Physically fit and able to work in active indoor/outdoor environments
- Good communication and guest service skills
