Job Summary

Lead the professional and administrative operations of a state-of-the-art health center by assigning, directing, and supervising staff to deliver low-cost, quality care. Define site-level mission and goals, manage center budgets, and oversee billing procedures including coding and regulatory compliance. Recruit personnel, review physician schedules, and participate in the Quality Improvement Program while representing the organization to licensing agencies, community groups, and state and federal bodies. Maintain effective communication with business units and external agencies, serving as the primary community representative. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a valid CA Driver's License, and bilingual skills preferred. Salary starts at $85,119 annually with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with coursework in Business Administration, Health Services, or related field preferred
  • 5 year experience as it directly relates to the responsibilities listed above
  • 10 years of directly related experience can be used in place of the Bachelors Degree
  • Possess a valid CA Driver's License
  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience or 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in a health care setting, preferably in an ambulatory care setting
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and push up to 50 pounds (on wheels)
  • Must be able to hear staff on the phone and those who are served in-person, and speak clearly in order to communicate information to patients and staff
  • Must be able to read memos, computer screens, personnel forms and clinical and administrative documents
  • Must have high manual dexterity
  • Must be able to reach above the shoulder level to work, must be able to bend, squat and sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, kneel, twist/turn
