Job Summary
Health Center Manager overseeing front and back office operations at Omni Family Health health centers, ensuring efficient patient processing, accurate registration and financial collections, HIPAA compliance, and readiness for audits. Leads front/back office staff, coordinates with leadership, trains staff on NextGen/i2i and related data systems, ensures proper insurance verification and patient information capture, and drives quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, triage and patient flow discussions with providers, liaison activities with executive leadership, coordination of health center programs, safety compliance, and participation in QA/QI activities. Requires leadership abilities, experience in health center administration or healthcare management, and potential bilingual English/Spanish skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent and have successfully completed and graduated from a medical assistant program with a minimum of three years of experience as a medical assistant or must have graduated from an accredited university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent.
